| JEN'S TEXTURE PACK Some may already know, but I've been working (slowly) on an HD texture pack lately. And I thought some of you might be interested in seeing it, though I haven't gotten very far. Plus, I need a better name. I'm aiming for something between pixelish and realistic, if that makes sense at all? I'm also thinking about making a "darker" version of the texture pack, with blood and what not. And an art-pack, including flags and what not. Constructive criticism would be nice, too. So far:Planks: Cobble: Items made from plaaaanks Items from coooobbbleee Grass in /normal/ forest biomes. * Grass is still not done. Working on making it a bit better to look at/SMOOTHER and removing that one line that is annoying to see. Plus, making a fancier gradient. Buckets: * Items will be realistic in a way and I'm really happy with how the buckets came out. Though there are some white spots around that I have to remove, which is really noticeable if you hold the item in your hand. _ | |

Yesss. That is good, because I worked really hard on it. >:3 - clitcomander wrote:

| Personally I'm not a fan of realistic texture packs. Still from what I see so far it looks pretty good. I specifically like the grass and planks. The cobble seems to pop a little too much I feel, but the design itself looks good. The pop effect could just be from the light vs dark, or could be specfic to the planks and stone being side by side with nothing else around. I would be able to determine this better if I could see the two in more settings once you get more done ^^;
I'm sure you'll get that line fixed in no time on the grass.
Buckets look good, but I don't like them personally. As I said though I'm not a fan of realistic texture packs. | |

| wow love melon slices, that's niiiiiice. do the apples have that purple enchanted sheen when your holding them? cuz if it does that must look sweet. cookie kinda looks like an old person with no teeth bit into it hahaha(that cookie got gummed). but other wise, damn well done on the texture look of it. | |

| Ohyeah! The golden apples have the purple sheen on it, both in inventory and when you hold them. And I guess they do, when you say that. I should darken the edges a little more. Omnomnom. | |
